It may get hot here in the summer, but this is how we spent Jan 13-15 here in Central Texas. This was an informal "Campout" scheduled by our WBCCI unit. We had 10 rigs plus a number of drive-ins.It did get down to 22 one night (froze all our hoses), but I was wearing a tee or golf shirt each afternoon. And yes, those nice ladies were sitting in the sun making bracelets.

The biking team led by one of our members stopped by for a few minutes on a 56-mile route.

Inks Lake State Park, near Burnet, Texas. Beautiful constant level lake with well over 100 W/E sites. $22/night + $3/person. About 70 miles from my home.

As I look out of the window at the piles of snow on the ground whilst reading your thread, I'm thinking "you can go off people"!

Hope it was a good time, even if we're frozen solid up here.

Marque Mooney posted this shot on Facebook. I'm leading my bobtail "attack cat", Zoe, who walks on a leash (when she darn well pleases). She attends most of our happy hours. That's my trailer and truck in the background.

The park is beautiful, year round with plenty of space between sites.
