Glad you are here and have a new 27FB model trailer. Lots of storage and the bed is accessible. We also have the 27FB floor plan on order with twin beds.
The photograph shows that an adjustment to the weight distribution hitch might bring the trailer level by raising the front of the trailer and thus the rear end of the truck and lower the front end of the truck. The bars can be level if necessary. A trip across the CAT scales at a major truck stop can help you adjust the hitch. The ideal is the truck and trailer are both level, but that can be at different elevations depending on the truck suspension and the hitch.
Andy Thompson of CanAm in London, Ontario (phone (866) 226-2678) is a great local trailer guru that can make suggestions on properly setting up the towing connection.
You sure will enjoy the experience. The forum is full of great advice and opinions. The reader gets to filter the chaf from the wheat.
