Wishing you the best, your instincts are usually this right thing--unless a bunch of us are paying your way---the decision is only between you and the lady. Enjoy your new ride, and let us know from time to time, how well you are enjoying it. Roll on.

We've been looking at motorhomes lately, too. But, none of them feel like the cocoons our Airstreams provide. So, for now, we're keeping our Airstream - and wish we had kept our first one, too. One can't have too many Airstreams.

I don't blame you for getting what works for you. At a different time, in a different place in our lives, we may do something similar. For now we'll keep pulling our old 1987 Excella 32 around. She's too big, too heavy, and she sometimes tries to drag her butt on even the slightest driveway hump...but she's ours and paid for, and comfortable and roomy once we get there, so, for now...

I like the Winnie Tribute.
If Airstream is really having GM reproduce the 4104 bus with a Duramax/Allison I will trade the trailer...

Leisure Travel Vans - Unity - Videos

No to derail the thread, but I really liked the way they did that video, tons of details and the guy was kinda funny. More companies should produce product videos like this.

Hi, very interesting, but I can picture the passenger reaching down to adjust the seat and deploying the electric awning. Hope there is a safety for that.
