Dinettes? Airstream is into that in recent years. Every trailer made now has one, and everything under 30' has no place to sit but a dinette. So if you want truly comfortable seating you can remove the dinette and put in a sofa or recliners . . . which many of us are doing.

In our case we also added the traditional folding side table like the earlier 25's had for dining, writing and such.

Sounds to me like the floor plan the op wants is a Classic 31 with rear island queen bed.

Yes, I am aware.

As I mentioned, we are in the middle of that upgrade.

I found some nice padauk lumber for the folding table top.

I will post pics when complete.

The next remodel will be removing the queen bed (she just had to have) and installing the much more functional twins.
