I have heard that you can order the trailer with the 16" Michelin. The wheels are about $115 each the tires are around $220 each for the LTX M/S2 225 75 15 if purchased from online dealers other than part of your order from AS. It should be problem to add to your order.

Someone is bound to chime in that ordered them with their trailer. Call Foley on Monday and get a quote.

We haven't, though, had any issues with black or grey tank smells or sensor clogging over three seasons of camping.

We use the "expensive" RV/boat toilet paper (the quantity that my family uses means dissolving stuff is essential) and an enzyme based additive. We dump both tanks regularly and add back some water and additive as soon as is practical, just to make sure that they don't go dry.

We also dump used dishwashing water into the toilet; this adds more liquid to the black tank to deal with the solids, a bit of soap doesn't do any harm either, and it evens out the load between grey and black tanks.

Our biggest issue is that with four people on board we can use our fresh water and fill the tanks quite quickly so, depending on our length of stay at a given campground, we do tend to use the bath house where it's practical to do so.
Around here we either have full hookups (water, sewer, and 20/30/50 electric) at the campsite. We can flush there. If the campsite only has water and electric and no sewer, the dump station has a hose. We can flush there. If all else fails, we have full hookups at the house. We can flush there.

Some trailers have Michelins (Eddie Bauer maybe?) and others have Good Years. I hear bad comments on the Good Years but we have had no trouble so far. They are better than the Carlisle tires on our sob.

I've seen some videos of folks clearing the black tank to clear water - and after that they is the ice trick - drove around - and out came more stuff...

I'm not sure what would functionally happen without such steps taken but if such devices clear out the tanks even better it seems a good idea...then again it is something else to leak or fail....in my case it is there already so I will be interested to see how it helps.

Jeez wheels and tires are pricey - that will sting!

The tank flush is effective, but sometimes takes 10 or 15 minutes of pure boredom. You gotta do what you gotta do.

I get those comments, too. I think those people are either jealous or have not realized that you can't take it with you...

You can still go to Disney once a year every year of their childhood...and stay at Fort Wilderness Campground- the most awesome campground ever...in the most awesome trailer ever...

Congratulations!! Sounds like a great plan and Ft. Wilderness @ Disney is like a bonus amusement park in addition to the other ones.. Someone else mentioned the ice cube trick (dump into toilet when starting to drive to clean black tank before dumping...). Second clever trick is to be very careful when hooking up tank flush hose not to leave it turned on.. Doing so can fill black tank and cause toilet to overflow, in a bad way... I've seen it done... Read those instructions extra carefully...

Is there a GOOD way for a toilet to overflow?

Not that I know of but I've seen some really bad ones.
