Amazing what you can pay someone to do when money is no object.

I'm guessing a street rod or show car of some type, as the opening shots showed a guy from a street rod shop.

Maybe my Honda Fit would fit.

What I want to know is, since he has the Big Red Numbers™ on the back 25024, does he belong to WBCCI, or will the Board of Trustees have to hire Guido to go break this guy's legs for displaying numbers he's not entitled to?

It was built for a VW/Audi dealership according to the graphics on the TV.

My husband and I were talking about it and we decided maybe an old XKE or Spitfire might make it. We also wondered if the car had to be pushed into it because the driver could not open the door once inside.
Any Airstream is awesome, but that was not my favorite makeover.

Do you think the axles could handle it, or was it upgraded? Great concept but the rear door needs work.

The only way it'd be cool is if the rear door opened upward. The hinges on the curbside pretty much ruin it for me. The interior is pretty nice, though, for what it is.

Kind of a dumb video. I skimmed through it, and it doesn't look like they show a car being loaded into it. I'd kind of like to see that - I know how annoying it was getting a car on the dolly, but the ramps on that are quite a bit longer. Good luck on those wooden boards if the tires are wet for any reason.

There are plenty of Airstreams. I don't really mind that someone repurposed this one, or any of the 18,000 others that are used as offices, shops, ice cream stands, artwork, dining rooms, etc.

In agreement on the hinge design. They could have hid the hinges better if the door folded up.

There are a couple of more videos that detail the construction from start to finish. They explain the purpose of the the remodel in more detail. They can be found on the right hand side of the screen when you go to the video linked by the OP.
