Bedding for a 28W

We are picking up our trailer in a week, a 28W FC. I would appreciate advice on where to purchase sheets for the queen bed, and what bedding people use for the sofa bed and dinette bed. Thanks.

different solutions for different beds, deferent apps

Sometimes I use sleeping bags for convenience and cold temps.

Stock sheets work for one of my beds, and I have matching quilts.

You can modify stock sheets. In a pinch you can safety pin the slack, to get a better fit.

I have had some things done by an upholsterer

And it depends on your style of camping and your need for neatness.

We just bought a 2016 FC28. To my delight, my regular queen sheets fit fine.

We use full size for any beds made from lounge and regular queen sheets for the queen bed.

We use double sheets from Pottery Barn as the queen felt too large and sloppy. We also have a foam topper(like a temperpedic memory foam topper) from Costco on top of the mattress and still the double sheets work. They are snug and I find that if my husband and I each take a corner and stretch them on together it is easy. For a splurge ($90-100/set with sheets and pillow cases) I bought 100% microfiber sheets by Jennifer Adams at Costco. They are dreamy and Costco has them as specials about every 3-4 months. They are not always at the warehouse but ask them when they are coming back. Check her web site to see the quality --think it is just www.jenniferadams.com. I also have them at home. My latest splurge was the blanket by Jennifer Adams ("eternal quilted matlisse blanket--$100 Costco price) at the last sale at Costco which I use as a bed spread/coverlet in our trailer with a twin down blanket (no need for a queen ) folded up at the foot of our bed to pull up for cooler evenings. It is a splurge but I felt we deserve to sleep in luxury in our Twinkie as much as we travel! They also wash beautifully but be sure you wash them by themselves because I read some people said they could pill if you wash them with towels. I have had mine for two years and they look like new!

Forgot to mention we have a 27' FB with the usual queen mattress. If you buy the mattress topper buy a queen size and use an electric knife if you need to trim the corners.

I'm sure most folks already know about this one, but I'll toss it in here anyhow. Since we have the 23D with the oddly shaped corner bed, I bought a set made especially for that bed and my wife modified a set of queen sheets later.

they aren't cheap (but neither are the one's on the Airstream site... which currently are out of stock).
