Air Forums Friends are Great to Have

One of the best things about the Air Forums is the friendships that develop through this site. Over the course of several years we have been fortunate to develop several friendships through this community. We wanted to share a photo of this neat T Towel that one of our Air Forums friends sent us recently.

I agree! We have had the pleasure of meeting several forum members and will cherish our memories with each of them. Love that towel!!

When I first started reading the forums it was to educate myself on all things airstream.
In the ensuing years I have developed a fondness from far away for several members in particular-Maggie first as a part of a widely traveling couple, now as she recreates a life without her beloved husband Doug, the FaNtastic FaN who has the wittiest banter and some of the coolest pictures and video clips, Paula who survived an accident on the road, Panama Red's exceeding funny Random Thoughts thread, Ms Moto with her skills in revamping her unit to her tastes and doing all of it herself...and many more.

And of course Frank and Mike. Their early posts involved the struggle to sell a house and downsize. I so admired their courage. So over the years an online friendship has blossomed even though we have yet to meet. I guess we are high tech pen pals.

So yes, airstream friends are good friends!
