2018 Airstream Model News?
All-
I am inquiring as to any new information available on upcoming 2018 Airstream model changes (trailers). I know this is probably too early to ask, but I wanted to make a space for it here..........
Seems like May is the dealers meeting timeframe? I know about the '18 Basecamp, 33' Classic, and the TB 27fb. What I want to see is the changes that might come for Flying Clouds and Internationals. New Features? New Floorplans?
Inquiring minds want to know.................

Rich-
I actually don't know anything about the Basecamp, only that it is listed as inbound on some dealers websites (Colonial, etc.). I assume it'll be pretty much the same as the '17, as it only launched recently.......

Maybe that will cut down in the amount of Tommy B's Logos on and in the trailer!

Speaking with Patrick at Colonial Airstream earlier in the week he said that all they would tell him was that there would be no major changes for 2018. Said they had stopped production on the 33' Classic as it bogged down the production line at the factory and would do some retooling and reintroduce it for the 2018 model year. That's about it.

2018 changes
We have also been told that 2018 will be the last year for 19' International editions.

I guess everyone is anxious for any news even fake news. Dealers meeting in May, hope for better qualified news either just prior to that date or during the meeting . Have a pending order on a 2018 30 ft, to be built by June 12th, so news of colors and decor asap will be appreciated.

Partial 2018 News
I just placed an order for a 2018 International 27FB, and in the process of trying to figure out what would change with the new model year, two dealers independently confirmed these changes:
New battery disconnect
New battery charger/converter
Updated HDMI cables
Updated electrical components (not sure what this means)
Twin bed length increased to 80" in the models that have room for it (27FB for sure)
Factory bike rack no longer available
I asked both dealers about color and decor changes, and both said they didn't see anything other than an updated duvet.

Confirmation
Consider those changes confirmed by a third.
There are some other changes to the 30 Classic and the 23 that you didn't list. Also, the discontinuation of the 19 International.
There will apparently be some new offerings, but we haven't been told what those are yet.

While there isn't much to find on Airstream's website here is an update for you. Go about half way down or up the page.

We have a FC19 on order and our dealer also said that there would be a true multi-stage controller and some change to the battery disconnect switch.
