I have watched the video of the 26U several times. I know I will never be able to afford a new Airstream but I am impressed and taken with the 26U. As I have said I have no use for the dinette but that is easily removed and fixable. Great layout, loads of usable storage and just plane looks good inside and out.
Patrick, congrats on your milestone sales numbers and for being a strong supporter of Airforums.

Wow that 26u is fantastic!!! What great design features! (Great video too). I won't be swapping out my 2012 27FB but if I were buying today, I would be seriously tempted! What's the sticker price?

MSRP as equipped with 2nd AC and Window Awning package was roughly 88k. I personally believe the 2nd AC may not be necessary with the efficient Quietstream HVAC system.

Wow, I like that 26U. In many ways, it's a nice next step from our 23' L-Lounge. I've really grown accustomed to its window ahead of the entry door and the big wardrobe in my trailer, features that carry over here.

The Classic improvements are... led rope lighting in awning metal wrap, deeper battery box for future upgrades, power lowering dinette table, backlighting inside overhead roof lockers, rear bumper rubberized end caps, mix and match ultra leather and countertops between the two available decors.

I find this whole thread quite exciting. I love seeing Airtsream come out with and entirely new model and length. It is so un-Airstream-like. I think that the new 26U will find a lot of new homes.
Congratulations to Patrick for reaching this milestone. A thousand Airstreams sold is quite an achievement. We hope to get by Colonial someday and meet you personally.

Interstate side cameras now standard
Rear twin now available on the Ext Lounge, Ext Lounge/WD and Grand Tour floor plans. It is convertible to a king with real pillow top mattress inserts.

I believe the table will store in the cabinet as well. The two options for ultra leather are Cashew and Black. The countertops, bedspreads and decor pillows can either be Golden Night or Mica which are carry over colors from 2015.

Airstream is currently ordered out in all travel trailers through November. Roughly 50 trailers are being produced a week with incremental increases once production fully moves into the new expansion. We estimate 20% of all units being produced in that timeframe will be retail sold prior to arriving to dealers lots.
