Having not been to Jackson to see for myself, how are the manufacturing processes on these new trailers? Before someone says it - yes, a trip to Airstream is planned, but hasn't happened yet.

I'm making my way through the 74 Ambassador, and the crudity of the rough-in cuts and general fit and finish is a bit astonishing. And the quality of the work varies throughout the cabin. Is everything today cut and otherwise manufactured on computer-controlled systems or is there still a lot of hand-work in something like the Eddie Bauer edition? Quality hand-built cabinetry is one thing, while creating openings for appliances and other options with a handheld Sawzall is quite another.

OK, picture 29 - LPG input..... What is that for?

I also noticed very heavy grill parts on the stove top - what is non standard about that?

And....

1. twins?
2. Queen without the nightstands but instead the small closets? AKA no wrap around windows?

Inquiring minds want to know. BTW, I'd still ditch the fullsize table in a heartbeat. Might cut it down to a coffee table height and about 18 wide. Easy place to put up my feet - as for sleeping extra people I don't invite that many guests.

DO like the new bathroom sink fixture - possibly it's the same one I replaced my original two faucet model with.

It's an LPG output for a portable BBQ. As far as I know, that's the only interior setup that Airstream offers.
