Will it affect the axle/suspension if i parked in my driveway in an incline? Do I have to level it tho I have to lift the front end high?

Unless you plan to run your refrigerator, it doesn't matter if you store your trailer on an incline.
Be sure to block your wheels before you unhitch or your trailer will skid the tongue jack and create a very hazardous situation. If you back uphill, you will have to move your tow vehicle slightly forward (after you block your wheels) to unhitch.
Your suspension is not effected.
