19 ft. flying cloud with cloudy water

2016 Bambi 19 FC. When I turn on the cold water either from tank or town supplied I get tons of air bubbles coming out in the water. A glass will look almost milky white until the air settles and clears up
Any ideas?

Mine will do that with some waters. I figured it had to do with mineral content. I double filter water. Filter in the hose and filter at the sink.

I think the cold water is filtered at the kitchen faucet, does it do this with bath cold water? My first impression would be it was winterized without removing the filter, and residue anti-freeze is making the bubbles.
