Where do I find "skin" sheet aluminum?

I'd like to find the proper matching aluminum skin from a mid to late 60s airstream to make a door where my water heater used to be in my 65 Caravel (going tankless). I'd like to match it closely to look the best in the fabrication. If I knew where a dead or totaled old trailer was, I'd like to go up and shear out a panel.
Anyone?

Google Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. then check their website for aluminum. What you need for a '60's Airstream is called 2024T3. For the shell you'll probably need .032 thickness.

Or check your local small aircraft repair shop. They might have some scraps the size you need.

You can order small pieces of 2024 (2x2 and 2x4) from Vintage Trailer Supply

All good ideas, thanks.

In a perfect world I'd like to find a piece with a similar aged patina as my unpolished 65. A bright shiny new chunk of aluminum on a 49 year old body may be a bit garish. Somewhere there lies an old wrecked hulk I could just take some from...
