Spare Tire Carrier

I fabricated a spare tire carrier for my trailer. What do ya'll think? I drilled holes through the frame and secure the carrier with bolts though the frame. This will allow me the ability to use the receiver hitch for bikes and the sort. Does anyone see a fault with this setup?

Thanks
Cory

Talking

As soon as you mount your spare your license plate will no longer be visible. The cops may not like that.

I guess I'll move the licence to the side or mount it on the wheel some how. I'll cross that later.
