Replacing rear door on 1968 Trade Wind

I need to replace the door. Apparently, '68 was the last year of the non-hinged doors.

First, does anyone know where to get one or the fair price for one.

Second, has anyone had one built with a hinge? I am not crazy about the idea of a hingeless door. Sounds like a good way to be doorless....
