....because it is not attached to anything! Well folks, here is my debut post as a new airstream owner/repairer! I brought this fixer upper home this week and got straight to work pulling all her previous owners 'weather stripping' away from the doors and windows....all went well until I removed the tape from this hear rear baggage compartment....you see, there appears to be nothing attaching it to the trailer.....no lock (just a hole), no hinges.....nothing! I would be so helpful if someone could show me how this is SUPPOSED to attach and perhaps even point me in the right direction for where I can find my missing parts.....thanks so much! I can tell we are going to be best friends in no time.....
