I respectfully suggest you'll get more responses if you give a little more information and maybe even better pictures. That top hole could be a hole for an electric plug or who knows what. As to the bottom - is it for a fridge? Do you just need an access door? If you give a model and year of Airstream, folks can better understand what you seeing and asking.

Behind the piece of metal it looks like the water heater. It is a fire hazard. Don't try to turn on the water heater until you get a proper door or replace the water heater.

Since your photos do not let us see which side of the trailer the holes are on or which end is the front, it is difficult to give advice. I'll guess that square hole is were the furnace was removed.

Those lights that can be seen through the window are not original to your trailer. All lighting was originally 12v. Those lights appear to be 120v.

My advice is to get someone who has experience to help you evaluate the cost of renovating that trailer, before you go further. You are looking at big $.
