Do you have this lock assembly?
When you lift the handle, nothing happens, Right?
If so, the small roll pin that moves the bolt back is either broken or has moved out of position.
If it is locked and you have a key, you may be able to play around with it to get it to unlock. If you don't have a key; inside access is necessary.

I would strongly suggest listening to Andy. He and a nice lady named Cathy at Inland RV helped me replace my entire lock. They are an awesome resource!

I also recommend calling Andy and his crew! It was super easy and saved me a locksmith fee!
