You missed the billboard advertising your exit but spotted an old Airstream in the woods 500 feet from the road.

You can tell at a glance the year and length of every Airstream ever made. If it was built in the fifties you can tell if it was made in California or Ohio.

You cried when your wife bought a new toaster and made her fish the old chrome, round shouldered one out of the garbage. It is now in the Airstream, polished up and working perfect.

-you spend $1.29 on iTunes to buy Miranda Lambert's "Airstream Song" without even listening to it.

-you remodel your carport to raise the roof so the Airstream can have a safe place out of the sun, wind, rain, hail, snow, tree branches.

...you beg your wife to name the new puppy "Thor", and he's not even remotely silver in colour.

When you pester Matt Kroff (started this thread) to the point that he gives up his Saturday away from working on his AS to come over and work on your AS.

Thanks Matt for helping me hook up my new TV!

... you cruise antique stores looking for stuff to match your trailer decor.
... you know which AIR member never posts with caps.
... you make airstream shaped cakes, bread and other food and think it's cool
... you are a generally tasteful individual who SERIOUSLY considers buying AND displaying plastic flamingos
... you park your car on the street so you can park your trailer in the better spot

Hi,

(1.) Whenever you go to the mall, you and your wife, [Bob & Lee] are always looking for that something special, and different, item to decorate the inside of your trailer.

(2.) Your 1959 Galaxie has been blocked by your Airstream for six years and can't get out.

(3.) Your computer has Airstream logos, pictures, and images burned into the screen.

(4.) You have never used your face on facebook, but you have used pictures of your Airstream several times.

You buy a home based on the fact that it has the perfect parking spot for your trailer.

When you lose a nights sleep because you stayed up all night washing & waxing your trailer because it's too hot to do it during the day.

When you wash and rinse your Airstream in the pouring rain so that there's no unsightly water spots or hand drying.

When you would not consider buying a stick house unless there was room for the Airstream.

When you remodel the barn door height so the Airstream will fit inside before bringing her home for the first time.

What's wrong with that? I'm at Costco waiting for my car and somehow ended up on here. Btw I'm at 43% battery life right now.

If you keep your camera at the ready so you can take a photo of an Airstream on the I-405 near LA International, (busiest freeway in America) going the other way.

Even though you're a vintage Airstream owner and will never sell your current trailer, you still check in on Airstream's website to drool over a new one regularly.
