writing airstream article

Hi everyone
My name is Karen and I'm a freelance journalist in northern California. I've been assigned to write an article about Airstreams and how popular it has become to restore them. I'm not very familiar with them and would love to chat with people who have knowledge of and interest in them. What is it you love about airstreams? What goes into restoring them? How hard is it to find older models, and how do they compare with the newer models? These are some of the things I'm wondering, but I'd also love to hear your personal stories about your Airstream experiences. Karen A very helpful site is http://www.vintageairstream.com this site is hosted by RJ Dial he is also the webmaster of the Vintage Airstream Club site ,the url for that site is http://airstream.net. I own 2 vintage A/S at the moment and wouldn't consider another brand now.I would say I love the styling and the quality that an A/S brings with it.
