We have an FC20. Our driveway slopes down about 9" from the tongue to the wheels and it's no problem. I've seen pictures right here on the forum of people with much more severe grades than the first 12' of your driveway. We bought heavy duty rubber chocks from NAPA and they work great. I put a big rock behind each one for peace of mind, but I'm not sure they do anything! If you are parking at the top that will actually make hitching and unhitching with WD bars easier than when level.

I have a similar situation, but my drive slopes up from the street. I park my Interstate there when its at the house. It's a pain especially when loading or unloading, and the sliding door takes some effort. A flat drive would be much better.

Harbor Freight has the best priced "airport style" solid rubber wheel chocks.

I'd do it for sure.

Thanks. Won’t be able to do x-chocks as the Sport is a single axle trailer. Will do the rod and regular chocks though. On chocks, most of what I find are the regular plastic ones. Any heavy duty ones you’d recommend? Also thought of chaining the chocks to the wheel to make sure they couldn’t be removed.

HA! Funny me, wanting to use x-chocks on a single axle.....must have been early this morning
Check out aircraft chocks, there are some heavy duty ones out there.

If you don't mind installing a couple industrial type tent screw anchors thru your asphalt driveway you could build and anchor wide wheel ramps (with stops of course) for the trailer near the top of the driveway - which would level out the decline and still allow you and your neighbor garage access. Anchors could also be used to deter theft.

We have a sloped, short driveway and wind up parking our Airstream across the base of our driveway and one street parking area. As long as we are only blocking ourselves, no one seems to care. However, we do jockey for postion a bit with a street parking place as our neighbor likes to park there as well. He's been understanding when we ask in advance.
We've also developed a work around for not getting the refrigerator cool enough because of the tilt that negates "precooking" when we are loading. In both the freezer and the refrigerator we use frozen bottles of drinking water and frozen items we are taking (like meat & chicken) to keep things cool while we are first on the road. That speeds the cooling process, keeps everything cool for a while and we can later drink the water. I've also researched reusable bottles and it should work iwth the right ones.

As mentioned, Harbor Freight for chock blocks. Tractor Supply has them, too.
Big, wide, rubber triangle. I wouldn’t use anything plastic, it might crack under pressure, or skip out from under the tire.

We LOVE our aluminum chocks! Had them for years - I think they ought to automatically come with an Airstream!

I would guess that the HOA or zoning commission would make it ugly if you wanted to park in the drive permanently, but if not, both you and your neighbor would have to drive around it to use your respective garages. Eeeeuh!
You might want to do chalk outlines of a virtual 22 and its tow vehicle in that drive, then test the neighbor's turn radius into and out of his garage.

Wise advice. Assumed turn radius would be fine but I’m not sure anymore. I shall chalk up the driveway!
