Well I got wordfrom my wife today, she like the airstreams and wants one.
She calls me from work and says one just pulled in for gas( she's asst manager at a gas station)

She calls again about 20 minutes later, the owner shows her the inside and she now agrees that they are nice and would like to have one.

It was a 92 excella 25'

know I have to find one

Good luck in your search...be careful, it's a slippery slope!

How much did you pay the guy to pull into her station and give her the tour?

Thats all it took for me to get one myself. I had been looking at the others and never considered the airstreams until after I saw the insides of one. Then after towing the one my dad purchased I was convinced.

pulled like a dream.

Well to sweeten the pot, we are going tomarrow to see about trading our 95 explorer for a 2000 Expedition w/ 5.4 for towing.

If I may be so presumptuous, I'd suggest locating the Airstream of your dreams first, then getting the tow vehicle. These things have a way of calling out to you - by name. And when it happens you don't want to be sitting there with a full payment book on a tow vehicle that is just slightly undersized.
