I helped friends inspect a trailer sold by this gentleman a bit ago. I felt like he was maybe getting bullied and I couldn't imagine how he could have 100% positive feedback on eBay if he was so terrible. I inspected the trailer my friends were to buy and found a few items needing attention. He was gracious enough to drive us around and showed us his trailers. He seemed like a nice man. Defiantly still bitter about airforums et al.

Sadly it was the Same story - friends paid in full and delivery dated was repeatedly pushed back. Deadlines missed. Ultimately the trailer was delivered with not everything fixed that they had agreed to fix but my friends wanted to camp and not delay further.

Have you ever tried to do such for Ebay "private sales"? The seller controls everything posted.

No one should feel bad at the least little bit for this guy , just like your friends , he never lived up to his end of the deal , everyone on here should tell all , and still some poor guy who knows nothing will get taken , but anyone that is a member of this forum should at least have the chance to read about him and some of his dealings , again it's a buyer beware and pass the info along

I haven't tried that. Just assumed it went on the list. I know feedback was posted on the only private sale I ever made on EBAY.

What I found interesting was the number of people who approached me about buying the item without going through ebay, which I refused to do suspecting something more than saving a fee might be involved.
