Which model and floorplan works best with young children?

Howdy,

Many newbie A/S questions coming, but I'll work on the big ones first.

I have a family of 4. The two boys are 3 and 4mo. According to the A/S web we should be looking for a 25' Safari. It doesn't recomend a floorplan though. What works best with kids?

We will be using this TT for mainly weekend get aways and 1&2 week vacations. A new 25' Safari sounds perfect except for the price tag. So...we will probably be looking for something used but not too used.

Trailer weight is not an issue as we have a F250HD with the powerstroke diesel but length is. Some of the places I want to go are narrow, gravel, with lots of trees. The 25 would probably work but I'm thinking that anything longer could be limiting. Which models and what years should I keep an eye out for?

Hi FlynG,
I' m also a new member of this Forum. My Wife and I chose the Safari 25c. It features a Dinette which transforms into a third Bed. We both feel having an extra table is a big plus with Kids.Best of Luck..
