Where to get keyless entry code?

I have an airstream with exterior keyless entry. The previous owner lost the code. I understand ford designed it. Call Ford?
Airstream?
Maybe there is a trick

I would think that there would be some means of resetting it to some kind of a default, then changing it to a new combination from there. Being as your Limited is still not very old, might there be some chance that the dealer who sold it new might have a copy of the original paperwork, including the combination? Or maybe get a hold of someone savvy to the 60th Anniversary edition at Jackson Center who might know if they were programmed there or came pre-coded from the lock manufacturer (Ford presumably). If they were programmed at Jackson Center it's not beyond the realm of possibility that there is someone there who knows how it's done.

BTW, if that Limited is the one I think it is, you bagged yourself a sharp-looking rig!

Code card...

Rick... FWIW, ours has a small card taped to the inside of the cabinets over the couch with the code on it. We also have all of the original paperwork, as we bought our Ltd from the original owners. I'll check it when I get a chance and see if there's anything in it that might help you.

Red face Reset

There is a master code that never changes. You enter the master and then you set up lock systems and user pass codes. On mine you can set up more than one user pass code.

The manual tells you the master and the procedure for changing it.

I suspect that AS tech support can give oyu info on it.

I will look in manual and get back to you.

Keyless door code SHOULD be a five digit number. Look for this inside cabinet doors, and on the inside of the main door hinges.

also looking for help with keyless entry

Hi, I found all of the info you guys posted helpful. I found a 4 digit code on an airstream tag inside my main door. Did Airstream use a 4 digit code on older models, mine is a 90. If so, does any one have instuctions available to set up pass codes?

it's Easy to find

On mine it's located in the conduit box mounted on the wall
inside the storage compartment underneath the curbside couch arm
"goucho". Unscrew the cover and a 5 code label should be on there.
Mine is a 91 limited.

Thanks for the info, I will try to look tomorrow. I'm kind of ignorant when it comes to the lingo, not sure what the curbside couch is. But I'll try taking a look in all the outside storage compartments. Thanks again.

If you parked your trailer (TT) properly on a city street, the curbside is the side of the TT nearest to the curb.

The other side is then the "streetside".

Never be too shy to ask... We aim to please!

Fwiw

Someone mentioned that the AS keyless entry is made by Ford.

Our Ford TV has it, and for you other Ford owners out there (if you have keyless) there number is printed on a small paper label only visible if you get on your back on the floor under the steering wheel.

I would find it a very useful feature, if I could only remember the number...
