Ford control modules useful have it taped to the module box itself. The problem is you have to find the box.

I recently bought a 94' Limited and was wondering the same thing. Any idea where the code in a 94 may be?

I'm a new owner (1 Month!!) and automatic full-timer I'm learning so much!

Did you try under the curbside couch arm? It has to be I that area close to the
Actuator plunger and keypad. Within 5-6 ft on the same wall

I didn't see it anywhere, although the original couch seems to have been recovered. Someone here said they contacted airstream. I may try that.

It's not in the couch, it's in a box mounted on the wall under the arm rest storage on the curb side.
