What to do?

I have a dilemma. I made a transaction with MOchoa a forum member from
Sacramento re; 1964 Bambi II. He faxed me a signed contract and we agreed on a purchased price. He then turned around and sold it to person for a higher amount, who I believe is another forum member. I will refrain from naming names as it is only a suspicion.
My question is, would this contract hold water anywhere?

With no disrespect, that can get to be complicated & I believe it is in your's and this forum's best interest to pursue this privately, off-line. There are contractural & jurisdictional issues involved that might require legal advice from licensed professionals. I wish you the best & hope for a mutually amicable solution.

Fair is fair

I must say that if you agreed to sell for a certain price, then you really shouldn't concern yourself with the matter after that.

Life is full of opportunities. Some people are better at grabbing them.

Personally, I will always sell cheaper to avoid the hassle of searching for the "best price I might get" if I was willing to work hard at it.

Let it go...

Hidalgo,

Did you mean that you contracted to buy the AS from the other person or to sell it to them? If you contracted to buy it my advice would be to just let it go. Life is too short to spend any more of it than necessary in high stress situations. You can always find another trailer but the stress can wear you out prematurely.
