What is this trailer?

My parents inherited this trailer with their new home, and I am trying to figure out who the manufacturer was and what time period it was made. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Looks to be some generic manufactured "canned ham" version, a common design in the 50's.

It is not an Airstream if that's what you are wondering. What is it now, a his and hers potty?

It is actually a changing room for the pool. I want to gut it and make it into a guest house, but I need to make sure it isn't worth anything before I get to gutting!

Whatever it is, it looks nice, as does what I can see of the rest of the property. I don't think you have to worry about the gutting thing. Many Airstreamers do that even to the vintage trailers just to get them how they like it. I think you're lucky to have had such a unique "changing room" go with the purchase. At least you won't have to pay property tax on it as if it were built as a building.
