What is this do-hicky?????
Hello.
When I took delivery of my '04 19' CCD last May, this thing was in the drawer below the stove/oven.
What the heck is it and whats it for?
It is not a stabilizer jack extender thing, the bolt end does not fit. And it does not smell like a Cuban cigar.
Any ideas?
Jonathan

Maybe it is a valve socket/wrench that you use by inserting a bar in the hole...........Reminds me of those cheap spark plug sockets that are in a marine tool kit

JohnG hit it on the nose.
It is the tool supplied by manufacturers to install their faucets that have the pull out heads as in the Moens installed in our Airstreams.

It is part of the manual crank for your electric hitch, I believe.

It's probably a factory tool left there by the same idiot that is responsible for the wrench impression in the hood of my Mercedes!

I confirm Luckydc's guess. Remove the bubble level on top of the tongue jack and you'll see where it fits. For when your battery dies or other such situations.

It is indeed a socket for your Moen Faucet. My husband just installed a new Moen in my kitchen with a pull out head and we got the exact socket as part of the installation kit

The faucett idea makes the most sense. I looked at the electric jack manual set-up, and there is a small hole/cam that the supplied metal crank goes into.
No, it does not fit the lugs, and if it did, it would be useless as this thing is made out of plastic.

I can just see the ad now..................
Rare tool from the Airstream factory, left in our coach while being built. Have no idea what it is for, but since it is from the Airstream factory, in original Airstream gray/silver no less, it has to be worth big bucks. I have no idea how high it will go, so bid high. Starting price is 25.00.

It's the tool some fool at Jackson Center was supposed to use to tighten down my medicine cabinet before they shipped it off!
