I know, do you?

I know, I know...what do I win?

Richard, where do you keep getting these mysteries? You must have quite a collection by now.

Is it an extension accessory for an entry step?

Early attempt at improved antenna?

Early attempt at airfoile design for the hitch?

Splash guard for the sink, splatter guard for the stove?

I love this stuff, RichardT.

Don't positively know but my guess is that it's a removable step or platform to hold something heavy like two batteries. Hummm.. Rusty steel, no locking pin holes that I can see. Could it be an original A/S part or something fabricated by the P.O.

Well, I thought I knew but you guys are making me rethink my original idea which was a rear bumper step so one could reach the top.

It's a entry step extension most definitely. We acquired one for the Globetrotter at the Missouri International. I think from about 1966 to early 1970s' it will fit, and very handy when the high side of the trailer is doorside.

It looks like a second step. The ends are hinged, and fold up, sliding into matching square holes in the upper step.
