Thanks.... we spent one night in it over new years and have just started a bunch of prep work doing the basic cleaning, anti slide stuff on the cabinets, etc.

Spring can't come soon enough.

53FC... you poor, sheltered person! Annie Green Springs is a wine. Sort of. Annie Green Springs, Thunderbird, and Boone's Farm are all premium wines; at least as premium as one can typically find with a screw cap! I think in the '70s that they could be had for around $1.69/bottle.

Ahhh... the old days... a bottle of cheap wine and a six pack of 3.2 beer... a couple of friends... an instant party!
