This week and next: See Level II upgrade, winterization, and a professional battery check.

Just making sure we have everything as buttoned up as possible - 2 yr warranty expires at midnight on 11/30. After that, Rocinante is truly our baby.

Susan says I need one of those. Do you think she means I should wash the Airstream?

A new plastic drain plug for my Atwood water heater. I had a fancy brass drain that was leaking from the twisty part. No amount of torquing or tape would stop it.
Lesson learned: if after draining and refilling the tank and it starts blowing fuses, pull the wire connections and dry them with a hair dryer. Started right up after doing that.

An Oatey Gripper to seal off the toilet waste pipe until I can locate a GOOD replacement for the leaky Dometic 310 toilet.

LivLuvLaugh sorry go hear of your leak. We have the same toilet waiting to install. Is there a seal we should use.

Hittenstiehl,
My problem is not at the floor flange, but at the seam between the ceramic bowl and the plastic pedestal. The seam is about 10" off of the floor. Some how, liquid leaks into the pedestal then leaks out the seam all over the floor. I searched the Internet for a solution but the recommended repair is to replace the toilet as this is not repairable. When I removed the toilet I could hear liquid sloughing in the plastic pedestal. There are four screws that hold the two pieces together that I tried to tighten to no avail.

New clearance lights all around and Parbond to seal them. Now if I can figure out what size rivets to buy I'll get them installed.

I always use stainless steel screws for those clearance lights to make sure I get a good ground.
