I will upgrade, but not until I have a poopy failure of my existing hoses.

This is one of those things where I would NOT WAIT FOR A FAILURE of the existing hose.....

I exaggerate Steve, whenever a pinhole appears, or dripping, they go in the trash.

My standard hose lives in the tube under the AS. I suspect it will stay there forever. I use a sewer solution instead. Had to add a transparent straight extension to get it to fit easily between my dump valves and reach the coupling. That is the only issue we've had...

Hi, I don't use end caps because the storage tube is vented and so is my bumper storage area. I don't want anything growing in the tube while sealed.

Hi, today I bought three rolls of #10 wire, [white, black, and green] and about five feet of 10/3 cable for my project.

What did you get for your Trailer today?
As an impulse purchase, I bought this high-intensity multi-LED light, which is the size of a pen, with a pocket clip, and is also magnetized so it can stick on a pipe or other ferrous metal surface. It already came in handy when I was installing my rearview camera. Price $9.95.

New Maxxair II for the front powered vent. Very simple installation and no noticeable interference with the vent cover. For me the hardest part was just getting on and off the roof. My inner ears do not get along well with ladders and heights.

I angled the underbody storage tube and extended it to store flag poles as all the stinky slinky gear resides in the rear bumper storage of the trailer.

We got some minor warranty work done yesterday at Airstream of Spokane, WA. We were passing through and they were super-nice, fitting us in. They did the work quickly and efficiently while we enjoyed lunch at a nearby restaurant they recommended.
Speaking of recommendations: Based on our experience we recommend Airstream of Spokane. Thanks to Nick and the team there for a great service experience!

I hear you, but I prefer having any possible "hazmat" contained; especially in the bumper storage. I understand this can be corrosive.
The 'slinkies' get a periodic bleach-bath. Let the good times roll!

We just created Tienda de Casa Rocinante on Amazon that catalogs many of the things we've bought for and use in Rocinante, by category, since we got her new in November of 2013.
If an item is listed here, we own it / use it and it's working for us.
We hope this is helpful.

Picked up a barely used 1960's vintage Coleman 220F lantern. Looks new and works like a champ! It's a twin to another one we have, but in just a bit better shape. This new one needs absolutely nothing to use. Our first one needed some cleaning, a new pressure pump, and a little tinkering with the generator to get gas to flow.

Yes we still get snow here in Colorado in April and sometime up to middle of May. She got her christening with the first snow, now she is ready to roll and see the world.

Hey, we were in Aurora when most recent blast hit Denver. What a mess, we were stuck there for three days! Congratulations on the new acquisition, it's wonderful!
