Just a little easier on arthritic hands-
Saw them first on Equal-I-zer's website. Bought them at an RV dealership.
The original cotter keys were a little too short and stiff- not much to grab on to and really hard to pull out-

Buy two sets: one to keep safe for emergencies, and another to accidentally drop into the dirt at night where you'll never see it again.

The cat is for scale, I think. Yes, I have the same pins for my hitch. I got an extra pair anyway, just to be sure. Probably overkill, but I'm *really* good at losing that sort of thing at the worst possible moment. :P

I tried to find that on HD's web site but didn't. What exact model is it? Closest I found was a Weber AP-20 for $39.

Thanks.

I have left pins on the bumper, driven to work and back home, and the pins were still on the bumper-

My wife would kill me if I showed up with "Restoring a Dream" - She's terrified I will start polishing the trailer.

We are five years into our remodeling. I learn something new with each project, podcast, post and page! We polished because our clear coat was severely sun burnt with uneven oxidation. We have done one pass of polishing so now it is at least all one color. I does bring a lot more attention to it when we are out on our adventures! Dirty work though!

I got 9 decent plastic bins from an Airstream that's being turned into a cabin... and a couple of nice brushed-aluminum air registers, a few smaller bins that I guess are from the kitchen area, and the aluminum sheet structure from inside the Airstream twin beds to hold the bins.

Il Progetto, the 28' Argosy, came to me with just the wrecked remnants of one single Argosy plastic bin, which seemed to have been very similar to the bins in my '75. These bins from a '70 Airstream are MUCH sturdier, they're thicker plastic and have more shape to them which seems to stiffen them a bit. Also, the structure that held the bins inside the bedframes was pretty much wrecked, and in both my Argosies is made from thin plywood stuff so these aluminum ones should be a nice improvement.

After ruining yet another battery I finally got a new converter to replace that piece of junk converter that comes in the new airstreams.

Got a new stainless steel WH cover to match my stainless steel furnace cover and range exhaust vent. Now if I can find a stainless steel freshwater tank fill door I'll be set.
