Yeah, as I kid I lived on a farm in the midwest and experiencing the annual cleaning of the pig barn first hand inured me to things icky when solving problems such as this. Just thought I'd share as a happy ending story for those of us who feel guilty picking up "might come in handy someday" doodads at the hardware. The chlorine was probably overkill but I wanted to be sure. I thought I'd sanitized (pun intended) the story enough for publication but failed to consider the imagination factor.

I bought a new Iota converter/charger and a fuse box, as well as a new water pump and water strainer! I have PEX to buy and a water filter, so that is going to be today or tomorrow. Yeah!

Best Sweatshirt ever!

Found a source for Navy Hoodies, and local embroiderer who found special font, and embroidered the front of the sweatshirt in silver thread... May not mean much to White Box RV owners, but sure to get a look at next Airstream event...

Not overkill at all ...Essential at some of the more remote cg where we sometimes stay. The wiring would scare a fireman.

Hard to beat a comfortable recliner rocker for relaxing. I removed half my dinette to make room for a similar chair.

RE:POST 588
Thanks, sorry I have not commented as we are traveling right now.

I found the owl fabric at our local Discount Fabric Store, however, I have also seen it on line. Runs about $28 yrd but it is worth it. It took 3 yards including hems to do the rear dining panoramic window. It is heavy tapestry. It was a pain to get it to look right as the pattern is a couple inches shorter than the fabric pattern so there was waste. however, I worked it out so the seam was in an area that there were no owls as I figured half owls would not look too good. It is matched all the way across. I have enough left for at least one pillow but it will have to wait until we return from Canopener and another rally. The little tabs that are sewn on came from Vintage Trailer supply. 50 for around $13/$15 + shipping, so I used 50 in front and 50 in rear. I really do like it and so does everyone that sees it. Ordered the euro blinds on line too from the supplier that does the Airstream blinds.

I found silver owl hooks at World Market. Where did you get your owl accessories?

Made this stained glass insert for our skylight in the AS over this past frigid weather event, too cold to go outside so needed an indoor project. The top picture is backlite the bottom is what it should look like during dark from inside. Over the years we found we kept the skylight closed most of the time to either keep the heat out in the summer and in during the winter. I'll trim it with oak and insert it in the opening without disturbing the skylight at all. Hope it does what we want.

Since I have no furnace, I bought an oil filled electric heater for the Avion. All my water lines are above the floor so this heater with a small fan blowing warms up the place well. Jim
