Yep. It was a very long list. They are addressing many of the issues. They are doing there best. A mechanic named Paul is working on our trailer. He aims to please. I am very pleased with the entire experience. Hopefully tomorrow it will be wrapped up and we can head on back to Mississippi.

I think everyone should visit the Mother Ship, camp in the Terraport, and take a factory tour.
The service center is the best!
Everyone here is happy.

Our AS dealer near Seattle (Covington, WA) recently resolved the last few of our known warranty issues.

At the moment we're very pleased with our dealer's service department.

Don't blink! Our trailer is officially perfect for at least a couple of days.

Today was a Fedex 2fer. Received the replacement sink sprayer from Moen and the new longer drop bar from Blue Ox. They are a couple of companies with outstanding customer service.

Do they charge to stay at the terra port?

If your there for service, no cost, but if your passing through and need a spot for the evening, provided ones available, the cost is very nominal. Like $10.00 to $15.00 per night for full hook-ups. Also WiFi is free.

They are very easy going. No one keeps up with it. If you own an Airstream you will most likely not be charged to stay at the Terraport, whether you are getting service or not. It is supposed to be $10 if you are not getting service or if you have another brand of RV- I only saw Airstreams there.

Looks good there!

Fedex delivered my red and amber led clearance lights as well as my thetford to valterra adapter. Also dropped all the gaucho cushions off at the upholstery shop.

Indiana license plates just are a huge ZERO for design and the occasional stupid saying on the plate. The Montana plate is really great.

Can you detail the removal of the cushions, or is it too easy? When they return, we need pictures, please! Thanks!

Cushion removal is easy. However, we had to remove the entire gaucho, corner shelf, side table, and water tank due to floor rot underneath. Everything is pretty much screwed together. Just take lots of pictures anytime you remove anything major. Should have them back in a few weeks.
