Every flat surface inside the cabinets in ours is covered with non-skid shelf liner. Stuff still slides around, but not as much.

Got the Honda EU2000i and Companion to run my AC and appliances from Wisesales.com. They bundled the oil spout and parallel hookup cable at a reasonable price. Then got the propane conversion from www.motorsnorkel.com. Once you run the generators for 2 hrs (initial burn in) the conversion only took about 10 min. According to my estimates the generator will run 11 hrs at full load on a 20# propane tank so about 20 hrs at 50% load. I also have the hookup to run them directly from my two 40# tanks on the front of the trailer. Only time will tell if this eliminates any carberator issues during storage.

You must have huge mugs. We have the smallest Keurig (B130 Desk Pro) and when we remove the overflow catch we can put in the tall mugs.

Honda Generator Travel Case

WE picked up a couple of these to carry the Honda 2000I companions. Locking latches, stack nicely, room for oil and locking cables and such. Fit under the cover of the Truck bed and keeps the generators out of sight. Stack well in the shop.

Hi FCloud9 Love the color of your enamel cookware!
We are used to cooking with All Clad at home so that is what we have in the trailer but clearly it's heavier that what you bought. May need to rethink that-where did you get the enamel set?
I lined the surfaces of our cabinets with a cork liner bought at Target I think.

Glamping with MaryJane book . This has been a long running joke with our camping buds that we don't really go camping.

The Breathing Mobile Washer and the Spin Dryer from Laundry Alternative, Inc. The next time we arrive and set up in a rain storm (just two weeks ago, LOL), I'll be able to wash and dry our clothes right in our rig. Also, if a campground doesn't have laundry facilities (or I don't like the look of them) I can wash our clothes right in our trailer.

P.S. Our rig is now a shiny new 2013 Classic Limited. We couldn't resist a retirement splurge as we plan on living in her for about two years beginning very soon. We're so excited!

Our 2004 Classic has already gone on to a new home with new Streamers to enjoy her.

Did this last weekend. Poured a new concrete pad for under the tires, and installed a new service post with 30 amp electric and water. Also landscaped around our new sewer clean-outs, which are conveniently located in close proximity to where we park Little Girl.

Thanks Silverlabs, the aqua enamel ware is available at World Market.
We love our FC interior colors...golden alchemy, earthy browns & tans but wanted to personalize we some color, so most of our "start up gear" is blue & green.

So anxious to actually pick up our FC in 6 days! We just completed FC home base ( driveway extension) on our property. Spent Memorial Day weekend building a stone wall around base & today spread 6 tons of antique red tibble to complete the space dedicated to park our FC between adventures. What a ton on work but o glad we can keep our Airstream within sight! Anxious to move in and create our new living space.

Appreciate any tips for storing all the gear safely. Been looking at various products to cushion shelves & organizers to stack kitchen gear but need to get a better feel for all the closets & overhear storage. I did see some nice premium Grip Liner in taupe. Really curious if organizer shelf systems will fit. Will look at the cork too...found a very nice two tier kitchen turntable. Just somewhat concerned about "contents in overhead bins shifting during flight".

Here are a few shots of the new 18 recessed LEDs, 15K Dometic HP and Fantastic fans (Vents) that we added just last month. LEDs are on a dimmer switch, and they work great. We also upgraded the inverter as well to ensure all the electric was good and wiring working at the appropriate locations.
We have used it already six nights and the heat signature (reduction) is amazing. We keep the HP on 78 degrees and the coach stays right there. At the beach last weekend, 89-91 outside, but inside 78 degrees, no humidity.
Well worth the time and money. The new Dometic 15K is a little louder, however with the many vet options it comes with, it keeps this 31 foot coach cool.
Arrived yesterday was a "compass rose" red knitted pillow to go with the Land yacht as well as a new sewer hose and complete connection from Camping World. After two years of the sewer connections being left out side exposed to the elements for months on end, time to switch them out.
Looking at a Sea-Land stove oven combo and new Refer for next years project, or upgrading to a new 2015. Haven't decided, but the 1972 is very comfortable now.

I like your lighting. Whats involved in the installation? Whats the hole size? Also, where did you get them and what model are they?
Thanks!

One thing to keep in mind was we had the AC and all the vents out, so the middle channel was open to allow the running of the wires. WE installed the new 15K Dometic HP. Was not planning on it, but working with parts and being able to have the work done in service, it was the right decision. We do NOT regret spending that extra money.
After all hot dogs in Feb taste as good as they do in July!

On the diameter of the lights the pucks complete are 2" with the spring loaded holders. The over all light is 3". We ran them in three (3) section on three (3) separate switches. The front lounge and galley lights are all above the stove where the exhaust fans is located on the 72. The mid berth is where the old thermometer used to be by the curbs side bed light.
I'll get a picture of that the next time I'm at the coach. The reason for this was when we ran the lights (ODM) we also ran the wire for the AC/HP to the furnace which ran right down the wall behind the sink. Pretty easy. What was time consuming was the measurements to get the lights centered of the port and starboard side more than within the ribs location.

We used the warm white in the mid bedroom and the other two sets in the galley and lounge area. The dimmer switches are awesome in controlling the brightness. What a huge difference in heat as the coach is real cool with these lights.
All lights in the airstream are now LED to include the vanity in the bath and the reading lights above the beds and U-shape.
We purchased everything over the summer pacing ourselves so it didn't hurt as much and then had them installed as doing it all together saved time and made the work somewhat easy.
During this upgrade, the tech, Ricky, found that the inverter was bad and again with the majority of this torn apart, made that install easy on the check book as well.

There are some great companies out there that offer the same. Location, location, location, location, as location is what drives our upgrades.

Lights and switches were purchased through ODM here are the part numbers.

DRBW PREMIUM FLUSH MOUNT 12BW LED Bright White (12)
DRWW PREMIUM FLUSH MOUNT 12WW LED Warm white (6)
2VKDIM DIMMER SWITCH LED KNOB (3)

Hope it helps.
