I also suggest installing the chrome knobs with the windows fully open. This way you ensure the knobs are not too far "pushed in" to the rod. I also used a drop of loc-tite on the allen screw to make sure it doesn't loosen over time.

Suggest a drop of Loktite on the set screws of the chrome steel window lift knobs.

What Did You Get For Your Trailer Today?

My problem with the window knobs was that they would rotate, even with set screws.

My solution was removing each rod and grinding a flat spot where the set screw contacts the rod. I inserted a wooden dowel in the knob and used an awl through the set screw hole to mark where the screw contacts it. With this measurement, I used a Dremel tool with grinding wheel to create a flat spot on the rod. No more twisting.

Got a new latex twin mattress.

Hawn Bedding in Kansas City.

Went there last Saturday to drop of the current mattress. They fabricated and delivered the new firm latex mattress to our door on Tuesday. (we live in their metro area)

Fits perfectly and just what DH who likes a firmer mattress wanted.

Father's Day shopping done.

A fan.
Not very exciting, but I was always worried about being cold. Last week, even with power and A/C, I discovered when the A/C is not running, the air gets very still. At bedtime I was warm.
Smallest decent A/C fan I found.
I might try a smaller clip fan also, one that runs off of a USB port, since they seem to be everywhere.

Piggy Bank,

We went to Hawn a few years ago when we converted our bed from Queen to Twins. We love the mattresses, especially when we are long trips.

This is the one that I got on Amazon:

DECOLAV 1201-B Teanna Stainless Steel Round Drop-In or Undermount Lavatory Sink, Brushed

by Decolav

Note that the drain hole was tight, so I had to file it larger to use the same pop-up drain as the mini factory sink.
