What Did You Get For Your Trailer Today?

On board air installed on the TV for the AS. No more lugging around an air compressor or looking for air. Installed the air hose fitting and pressure gauge at the rear of the TV on curb side.

Went with this Viair setup:

VIAIR Constant Duty Onboard Air System https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000YC42RG..._xNeBBbA1RJP79

And bracket for compressor:

Viair 95900 Compressor Mounting Bracket https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SUMNJ8U..._tOeBBbAFN0WB8

Power to the compressor is controlled via the F250 upfitter switch in the truck. Very handy.

Finished setting up Reese Steadi-Flex hitch. This is a really nice product: simple, straight-forward installation and setup, no noise after the first few miles, sway control included, back up without disconnecting.

Superb idea. Sigh, yet another good thing to have and spend money on...

My vinyl lettering arrived today.
I'm putting it on the rear facing side of the axle. It will say "YOU CAN'T DENY THE DINGO"
In memory of my beloved blue heeler that was with me for just shy of 16 years.
It won't be readily visible unless you are behind me as I crest a hill.
Honk if you see it. :-)

Great memories I’m certain.
Met my first blue heeler a few days ago. She was a great pup. I think it will be our next dog when the time is right.

Blue heelers are smart as whips and love their families.
They enjoy having "work" to do.
Be aware that blindness is common in them (PRA) make sure neither parent carries the gene.
All it took was one meeting of a heeler for me to be hooked too.

Yesterday I happened to look at Craigslist while at the hair salon.
I snagged a 30# worthington aluminum propane tank with gauge for 25 bucks.
I'll have to have the valve replaced but still well worth it.
Spent 200 on my new one with no gauge.

LED Running Light

I got new LED running lights for Willard (all the way around) and installed them this weekend. Much brighter! Particularly brighter than the ones that had corroded away and would not work anymore.

Today I prepped the original floor for a new roll of Marmoleum that I received on Friday. Primer/sealed the floor, filled any nicks with exterior wood filler, sanded everything, applied another coat of primer/sealer. Looks mint. I also picked up a dated 1950 super, super nice light green formica topped table with an art deco aluminum edging/legs that I'm going to use part of to build our dinette around. Also picked up a new fridge.

“Full length” mirror

The “boss” said she needed a full length mirror in our 2017 FC. After looking into a number of options I decided against trying to mount an actual full length mirror on the bathroom door. Too heavy and I didn’t want to drill holes. My wife found a 4-pack of wall mirrors, 11.75” square and each weighing less than 1.5lbs. From IKEA for $10. They come with double side tape for mounting. Easy and quick, we only needed 3 and used the leftover tape from the 4th mirror to add extra to the 3 we mounted. She’s very happy.

Bought the hitch for the Tow vehicle & went to the local propane company and ordered a new valve with gauge for the 30# Worthington aluminum propane cylinder I picked up on Craigslist for 25 bucks.
Also ordered the same valve for the new tank I paid a whole lot more for earlier this summer.
