A couple of things..

I love my induction single burner. Heats up very fast and doesn't heat up the inside of the Airstream. Super easy to clean. Travels in padded casserole carrier. Fits perfectly in weird space above pantry in 23' GTFBT. Win Win Win!

Found this 4Qt collapsible (induction ready) stock pot. Amazing!!!

Suction cup towel bar for behind the stovetop. You could hang from it! Perfect for corralling sink covers and cutting boards (idea from another poster). This is game-changing!

Happy camping, campers!

I like the idea of the constant temp/pressure valve! Do you have a part number and was it an easy install?
Thanks!

My wife occasionally likes to sew while we’re out but the table is uncomfortably high. The solution is a Springfield Marine gas assist pedestal for the table. It collapses so we can still have a bed at the dinette, but adjusts and locks in place at any height.

@rich.dev

just go to CDn tire or HD. look up at the wall and you'll see them

MOEN Adler 82604

CT was much cheaper than HD

I use Moen as they are the ONLY OEm that gives you free cartridge replacement ( at least in Canada)
no questions, just call and tell them the make and model as they have a few types of cartridges

I added a couple of nautical grade instruments to the bulkhead wall of my Airstream today, including a quartz clock and a combination thermometer and hygrometer. I'm quite pleased with the outcome. These instruments are designed for boats, so the mounting system will hold them tightly to my wall, even when towing.

Looks great! Thanks for sharing.

May I ask for the source?

Bought new sewer discharge pipe cap for 76 Argosy from Vintage Trailers to fit 33/4 Therford. Lost mine somewhere on way to Grand Canyon. Maybe when bottomed at steep rear exit of IHOP in Oklahoma City. 45 years old, painted brown, had dried seal, which made slightly loose but worked well. Dang.

I agree I use ours both inside and outside of the AS. Like you I have found to heat very quickly. I can often cook more that one item such as vegetables when I let the meat rest.

Thanks! I bought them at WeatherShack.com. They offer many varieties and sizes. Initially I was planning to add a barometer also, but I live at ~8,000 feet of elevation and often camp close to 10,000 feet. Barometers are generally not calibrated to work properly over 3,500 feet, and they require proper calibration to do so.

two things.
x2 w/Switz on Furion grids for Dometic cooktop. I sanded mine down a bit with sanding block.

and... Dyson Pure Hot and Cool. It's keeping us comfortable in mid 30s without that furnace blasting at night. It also works great as a fan in hot weather plus it's an air purifier. It seems to help with my allergies [emoji1784].

Does the Dyson pulls lot of power? Can you tell when you use it? Can you run it with the microwave?

Yeah, I jumped on that band wagon for the grill grates. Mine are in backorder but and will be next month. Wife is happy that we are getting them.

Dyson unit is rated @ 12.5 amps.
I have it running on highest heat setting and microwave is functioning properly. I also ran it with my single A/C while in Palm Desert with 100 degrees outside. No issues there either. They are pricey. Costco had it @ $150 off.
So far, we love it!

I have/had the Dyson heater fan version. The heater went out and I called for service. I was told there is NO service on them; but I could order a new one and get a 10% discount. I had contacted Dyson direct.

Spa Treatment!

We’re in the middle of a warm week in the 70’s; last week it snowed. Got the trailer winterized over the weekend so today it got a bubble bath before the weather tuns again.
