Purchased from Vintage Trailer Supply new window knobs. The Silver Mistress likes her bling. These knobs have set screws. Decided to switch after I lost one of the plastic ones without set screws.

Shun Kanso 5.5 inch hollow ground santoku. Impeccable balance, good for use in a tight space. I'm a happy cook.

ID:	284293 Globettotter. Not very original but with vintage trailers one is often asked what year and model it is.

(The squiggly line in the center is not visible that's the security mark)

Kelvin,
The original handles on my windows seem to pull off easily. Looks like the ones with the set screw would be the answer to solve that problem, plus dress up the window at the same time. I went to the VTS site and could not locate the item you mentioned. Could you provide a link to the product or a part number?
Thanks!

I think the plastic knobs can take a set screw, they are missing. Try take one down to the hardware store and try to find a screw to fit.

But the chrome ones from Vintage Trailer Supply just look cool in the trailer. I put them in a couple of months ago. Adds a classy touch.

Used a drop of blue Lok-rite on the chrome handle set screws to keep them in place

FYI there is a recent thread on window knobs, including some alternatives for older AS:

Door Bling

Original plastic sliding section over door/screen handles was that factory aged beige and yellowing plastic. Yuk. Didn't belong there anymore.

Thanks to Rustleum plastic paint, much fresher look ! ( Even sideways thx to Iphone)

A new TV! DW just didn't like the diesel truck and this one with the 6.2 and all the comforts should handle our 23' just fine! So nice to drive around town and on the freeway. Click image for larger version

Are these chrome knobs sold as a pair or singles?
