Congrats! I suspect the thickness has a couple purposes. One, the darkening.. and perhaps some 'insulating factor' which may minimize heat loss. Second, it may provide some 'resilience' to stretching of the material when the curtains are moved.. by hand or road vibration.

I reinstalled my EMS-HW30 to cover both power inlets. A heck of a lot of work but it gave me a chance to remount EMS with vibration nulling. It's not noisy but does emit a little hum and a bit of foam in between EMS and it's hard to hear now

The curtain in my 2016 27FB don't black out anything. Did they put in different curtains in the 2017?

Thiel,
Yes I have used those hooks. They work great.

I have 2 on the outside of the closet door to hang up jackets.

Also have 1 on the kitchen cabinet lower door to hold the hot pads directly next to the cooktop. (safety first)

You may also like the double rod over door towel holder. I use one of those next to the one on the kitchen cabinet for hanging folded dishtowels.

Flying Gypsies,

I don't want to hijack SBB's thread, but, two quick questions on the Gypsy Boots wine; how's it taste? and, can you buy it in Florida? (Having difficulty getting it in Pennsylvania, but will include it on our next Florida trip.

Thanks,
Roy

Saw a post in another forum. Guy sprayed his curtains with Flex Seal. Made things a lot darker!!!

Water Filter

Thanks to a YouTube from Live the Odyssey on the need for better water filtration, I followed his model and built this. May be overkill but I plan to do lots of boondocking and at the very least I know lots of places out west have lots of sand in their water, along with other things I'm sure.

Picked up two hybridlight flashlights on clearance.
They recharge with a solar panel and can even be used as a phone charger.
So impressed I might get the other two that the store had on clearance.

The dacron wrapped foam for my Caravel cushions arrived yesterday from the Foamfactory.com
Crazy how they ship that stuff. Reminded me of an airline self inflating life vest when I broke the seal.

Here's another opportunity for $260, but you get 4 sensors if needed for double axles I installed these and have very pleased.
