After reading reviews, this seemed the best match, but we have no experience with two-way radios, and these are still plugged in for the initial charge, so I can't say anything yet about their performance.

Channing; are you going to call it "HILLSBORO HOOCH" ? Kidding. Too bad the FEDS don't allow for a specified amount for home use like they do wine.

Flag holder

Received and installed my new 5 hole flag holder from Sandlapper today.

Have been working on getting the poles and flags mated.

Using the Mr LongArm model 9272 that John recommended. Works great. Just have to work on the glue from the label with a little goo be gone and elbow grease.

See attached,

John

We bought a few items in just the last week or two for our 2016 Airstream Flying Cloud 25A: a "whole unit" inline water filter, a Viair 12 volt Air Compressor, an upgraded toilet seat to replace the cheap dometic one that came in our unit, and finally - an Instant Pot! I just did a review of the Instant Pot, which you can read at www.streamingairheads.com/instant-pot-review/ if you are so inclined.

Our hitch is itchin' for a hitchin' - come on Spring!

streamingairheads,
Ya, want to know more about that toilet seat. What did you replace the Dometic one with?
Pix would be great. Before and after. I replaced mine but it doesn't look as good as the original. I'm looking for new ideas. Please share.

Maybe you should have used one of these?

(My DW just showed this to me, so blame her...)

160W Zamp Solar "Suitcase"
Fastway Flip Jack Foot

The latter is in order to facilitate faster hitching/unhitching with my Equalizer hitch. It saves me 6" of travel both ways on an electric tongue jack.

Been there, done that (jack foot), sent it back. Too unstable for me. GL
