In the last couple of weeks, I added a 2000W inverter, a weBoost cell booster, and some roof mounted flexible solar. We'll see how the latter holds up, but it is performing to spec at this time.
I'm searching for a small, lightweight, but good quality two slice toaster now that I have the inverter in place. I've found that the higher quality ones have a tendency to bulk up, I suppose to give the impression that they're better. I may have to go cheap.

We found a small, lightweight grey plastic one at Target. It was their By Design house brand. It seems decently built and only weighs 2 lbs. We’ve only had it a few months, but have been quite happy with it so far.

We purchased a 'vintage' toaster from an antique store, but they are available from eBay ( similar to this one).
They use less power (450 watts) than a pop-up toaster, are light weight, but of course need to be monitored while toasting. They also look great in an Airstream.

Bought this as well -- one of the best items I've purchased for my AS! No more tripping on cables and it keeps the power cord clean and dry!

Two items I have been putting off...
A new jack...Husky 5000.
Along with some welding on the haha stinger to get rid of the slop.
Three thin wide beads on all 4 sides that we then ground down. We took a bit too much off the top rear and added and ground until we had less the 1/8" inch vert movement at the tail of the stinger and even less side to side.
WOOPWOOP...done.👍

I hate you Robert Cross LOL. Fixing the stinger with a few beads of weld is on my list as of two weeks ago. FWIIW A fellow AS friend gave me some nicely formed SS shims that do a decent job however that's a temp. fix. you did it right as usual.

You must get a competent welder...I use "Willy the Welder".👍 A fellow Veteran that has a shop close by. High tensile rod is not the easiest to get a thin & wide bead with. Willy welded, I ground.
I went thru the same thing...Insert, shims and ignoring it. Ours was just loose enough to allow the TowTector to hit the bumper on sharp turns, plus it rattled while driving un-hitched.
We haven't towed since the up-grade, I'll give an update on any noticeable changes.

That you Josh?
Too Tall, SS shims, bike guy. Sure sounds like the tall bike riding guy I gave the shims too at VAHH.
Happy Saturday

Yep. Thanks Gary, your generosity and knowledge easily shared helped me alot. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm a hack welder but I usually get it done.
PS the shims are brilliant, I'm just fussy when it comes to "more stuff"
See you soon.

Thanks, all. I wound up going with a single long slot toaster, because it's only 4" wide. It also allows me to toast a larger slice of bread or two smaller ones end to end. We'll see how it goes.

Firestone FS2525 Ride-Rite Rear Air Spring kit
I had my first chance to test out the Firestone FS2525 Ride-Rite Rear Air Spring kit on a 1000 miles round trip to Dinosaur National Monument on some pretty rough secondary roads and a very rough Interstate 70. It made a huge difference in the ride. They leveled out the TV and trailer, better braking, better handling around corners, and less bouncing over bumps. Very happy with this addition to my TV.

I bought a Briggs & Stratton 2200 Watt Inverter Generator at Canadian Tire a couple of months ago when it was on sale, $200 off $799. It starts up on 2nd or 3rd pull and is fairly quiet. I haven't had the chance to use it very much.

New bathroom sink to replace the tiny one in our FC 30RBT. Pretty easy mod. I used the same faucet and pop-up drain. So only cut counter hole and drain pipe.

Chrome window pull knobs
Picked these up as a simple upgrade. Look much better than the plastic gray knobs that came on our 2018 FC27. They tighten down with allen screws, so they don't slide off when using them.
