While my 31' Airtream Classic is currently being built, today I received in the mail a Levelmate Pro Version 2 leveling assist. I also ordered Proven Industries Coupler Lock. A Bulldog adjustable coupler latch lock, and two Brahma Wheel Locks. I guess 1% of the cost of an Airstream is not too much for additional security in addition to a good insurance policy.

OK that sounds CRAZY.... but, I swear she talks to me more then my wife.... especially after 21 days on the road.

Got a hand-painted ceramic Greenback Cutthroat Trout and mounted it above the stove this last weekend. Getting psyched for the fly fishing to resume.

Nice back-splash. Question, how did you apply it and did you have any issues with the rivets!

Thanks! The back-splash comes in one foot squares and has an adhesive backing. My Classic has luan plywood covered with vinyl wall paper (over the inner aluminum wall). I sprayed some 3M 77 Super Multipurpose Adhesive for extra holding power before mounting each square. It was pretty easy to install and we really like the brushed aluminum look in the kitchen.

Double stick is great until it isn’t. Our Classic’s factory installed aluminum side splash had double stick tape. In the hot Arizona summer, it slid down the wall and was effectively gone until we replaced the stove.

Switz,

Hence the addition of the 3M 77 Super Multipurpose Adhesive to reinforce the bonding to the wall. I hope it works in hot weather!

Thanks for the approval! It was tough making the decision with so many choices.
Yes I plan to, if you've not been to the ZipDee site they have how to's on this and most repair topics.
