Added 2 wireless keyfobs for recent installed custom made LED reverse/backup lighting.

Allows latching or momentary trigger (as long as transmitter button is held down) for remote on/off.

Other uses:
GET OF MY TAIL bright white flashing while driving.

Warning Safety lighting to approaching vehicle if on side of road
or on blind corner.

Of course, backup light while parking

Off hours scare light from inside cabin if hearing strange outside human noises or "is that a bear?"

Extra rear courtesy lighting while setting up or breaking down camp with or without connected tow vehicle.

Can't wait to try all the above out !

p.s. what's a 3" lift?

Bob
It's a 3" steel bar that bolts between the frame and the axle which raises the trailer 3" higher from the ground. Axle height will remain the same, but we've been having clearance issues at the tail on some back roads going over bumps and up hills. This should help alleviate that.

Yes, more ground clearance... And a higher center of gravity... Just physics... And physics has no "opinion".... It just does what it wants...

Gravity, I learned long ago, is very, very reliable.

Peace...

I have spoken to several members who have added this lift and none have reported a noticeable change in handling.

Dish Towel hanger

In many vintage airstreams there doesn't seem to be a place to hang your wet dish towel or dry one for that matter. At least near where it is used. Here is what we did to take care of that problem.

Take a 3/4" wood dowel and varnish the about 6" with two coats of varnish. After it has dried cut two 1" pieces. Drill a 3/16" dia. hole through the center of the 1" length of the two dowels.

Opened oven door and removed the inside cover of the door (four screws). Remove the two bolts that hold the oven handle to the oven door. Install the 1" dowels between the outside of the oven door and the handle with appropriate length bolts. Reinstall inside door. And you now have a place to hang your dish towel

What I got What I did...

I installed a fancy Italian backsplash in my bathroom! BUT in the process I sliced my formica (surface slice not all the way through)!

Nice base cabinet. Did you make those slider doors yourself or are they prefab?
