Just got a thermometer for the fridge

I have a feeling it will be a tad less useful though? I mean - you have it in there on - close door - rapidly open door and check temp? Maybe can just barely crack door use flashlight and peek in? Must I get a remote model or can this work ok?

Bought a 12 volt fridge/freezer to augment the tiny freezer in our '63. Not cheap but it works great (incase it isn't visible, its holding around zero degrees in the photo)Click image for larger version

Headed out west in a few days and we can actually carry some frozen stuff this time.

You know we have stores out here... Right 😅. How much does that hold. 12v or a/c I presume.

Yes, we have stores, but the frequent Cowboys and Indians skirmishes interrupt the supply chain.
