We have a 50AMP 2015 30" FC. Power cord is heavy and in cold weather does not want to cooperate. So, I bought two pig tails, both fit into the male plug on the trailer side - 50 AMP and one is for 110 and the other is for 30. Therefore, only on those occasions when we feel we must have 50 AMP do I need to wrestle with the cord and now only the much lighter 30 AMP or even better the 110.

I bought a 50amp RV to 30 amp plug in connector that I use. The 30 amp cord is so much easier to handle and one of the places we stay only has 30 amp service.

All set for light firewood and zombies, Woodman's Pal. I have been wanting one of these for years. Bought direct from maker. Supposed to be a second but looks perfect to me.

I think the last thing we bought was another lead-free water pressure regulator because we had a freeze in SC and we thought ours broke. Still works, the gauge just doesn't read.

Also a laser gun thermometer ^_^ and a portable compressor kit. No frills lately.

Smile this months purchases

We got a rock guard for the front window which is awesome and installed it ourselves on our 1976 Trade wind. We also got some great roll up xl alps aluminum tables that look great by our trailer set up in a minute, are reasonably light weight and sturdy for our outdoor area. I think I attached a picture of the trailer sporting the new solar rock guard at our campsite up at Franklin Lock last weekend.

Got tired of lugging heavy bikes around. Built this stealth 27 pounder. I was given the Mongoose aluminum frame, sourced all the rest of the parts and this is the result.

A DeltaToast toaster. It's nice, lightweight and compact. Plus the stainless steel goes well in an Airstream.

I keep forgetting to share this. But I've been really happy with this purchase. And I thought it was worth a mention here.

I purchased 4 of these ADX Motion sensing LED magnetic lights. And put them on the tongue and bumper of our Airstream. They act as perimeter lights and have a really good range of motion detection too.

ADX 140 Degree Infrared LED Light

I also recently invested in buying rechargeable batteries for everything. It was an investment, but now everything we have is technically solar powered. I bought Panasonic eneloop pro's.

I left my outside rear storage compartment door open in a serious rainstorm. It has carpet with pad under it on the floor. Vacuuming it didn't dry it out. I got a medium Peltier dehumidifier and will use it in the inside of the trailer if it has enough capacity.

Ivation IVA DM35 from Amazon. Allegedly big enough for 200 sq.ft. but reviews say more like 100. That ought to be good enough for a trailer.
