YES.... I did it myself. Welded extensions onto the existing shafts.

My Sport has the BAL brand which had the "slotted" type of fitting on the end. I hated it, so used ordinary 1/2" bolts, 8 inches long, and butt-welded them onto the ends of the shafts. Now I use the same sort of 3/4" socket everyone else uses in a rechargeable drill to raise/lower my stab jacks. Cost: $4 and a couple of beers. (I used a section of 1" angle-iron and a C-clamp to align the two for the butt-weld by laying the bolt and screwjack-end in the angle and holding them in position with the clamp. Tack-welded them together, then removed the jig and finished the job. Works great.)

Maiden voyage...Long trip

What I gave my Airstream was its first Maiden voyage after owning for 4 years. It got a quick weekend 1 year ago, but was put to a 1000 mile test. Finally got it out and about. It ended up being a Nursery for our Grand baby. We had both of airstreams to view te eclipse

having uploading pics. try later

OK not exactly for the trailer. A new Trek FX1 Hybrid Bike. I have been riding junk for so long I had forgotten how sweet a proper fitted quality bike rides.

Viair 400RV, lug nut sockets, digital pressure gauge, Tekshonsha P-3 and cable. I'm in that dangerous phase where I need everything, and am loading up. Tomorrow, a thermal temperature gun to look at tires, on sale at Harbor Freight.
I need the PTMS, but that might wait until my finances recover a bit.

Now, let's hope Irma stays away from Florida so I can pick up my new AS next week.

NOCO genius boost HD GB70 lithium jump starter. This thing packs a punch! Yes, not exactly for the AS but papa can't tow with dead tow vehicle batteries![emoji35]

Just ordered two of these. The web site lists the price as $50.00, but when I ordered, he said they were on sale for $37.40. He said they would be in on Monday as well.

Thanks for passing along the idea! this should work out much better than the foam heat reflector I have placed over the porthole currently.

My pleasure! Glad you got a discount. They were 25% off when we purchased our three. Great company to do business with...now if they can come up with an idea for the skylights!

Happy travels!

5 - 16 inch Sendel T03 rims and 5 - Michelin 225/75/16 load range E tires. I also replaced the awful factory lug nuts with solid lug nuts. Swapping the tires was a piece of cake

Cute indoor/outdoor end table

I ordered this very cute, metal indoor/outdoor end table. It is from the Crate and Barrel website. It is metal, and comes in 3 pieces. The leg unscrews if you want to store unassembled.

Unassembled it fits in a pillowcase.
Assembled it fits under the dining table.

About $25

Had our factory installed GY Marathons replaced with the GY Endurance tires.

The old Marathons went to a good home, equipment trailer with two axles. We had about 10K miles on them. Hated to replace fairly new tires, but after factory installed tire on Tundra blew out, did not want to take any additional chances with the trailer tires.

It is a relief to know that I have the heavier duty tires, a little less to worry about. Reinstalled the TPMS sensors and life is good.
