Not the Titanic, perhaps one of the propellers

Looking at the Harbor Freight catalog I saw the hoist and suddenly it clicked. I could use two straps to support the 14' kayak and use the hoist to raise it, rotate and lift into the ceiling. The hoist was only $49 and I had a 20% coupon so that made it $39, a cheap investment. The lift was 10' and that's the height of my garage ceiling. It all fit into place.

So yes, it's rated for a ton, weighs about 15 lbs. and is much more than what I need, but it was cheap and I know it won't have any problems with lifting. I wish it was a little faster but it's 15 minutes from floor to ceiling including hooking up the other two straps using a ladder.

My Caravel will now have two tail lights. I have been looking for 5 years. I really only needed one replacement lens but these were sold as a pair.
2 NOS lenses and 2 gently used mounting discs.
I could not be happier. EBay does it again!

My understanding is that the -453 number refers to the air valve stem hole size in the wheel. SenDel wheels have that 0.453" valve stem size opening.

Suggest giving Dill a call to verify. I think they would swap out the senders if necessary.

Are the tires for the AS or the TV I've heard good things about these tires. Comments?

Airstream.
Truck has nearly new Bridgestone Dueler Alenza HT 20". I wish I could find some 10 ply load range E commercial or LT tires in my particular size 20's. Maybe I can go 10 mm bigger and find a 20" LT. We'll see next go 'round.
The Firestone are "second best" to Michelin. I never use all the tread in a tire. The dry rot with plenty of tread left- 5, 6, or 7 years- so I can't justify the extra expense of the Michelins.
On the other hand, for someone that drives 25,000 miles, Michelin is the only way to go.

What did you get for your Trailer today?

Well, for the first time this past weekend I used my Anderson levelers .......seem to work effortlessly and makes getting the trailer level right to left a no brainier...needed at my age. 😂

Also, was on the road for the first trip with my cellular blinds installed. This is one of the best improvements made as light comes in during the day. I suspect these insulate better as well, so in extremely hot or cold environments there may be some energy savings.

Oh, incidentally, I have found my Firestones, exactly as pictured below, work well, and the 60 psi with the 16 inch tires seems to give a much easier ride, less beating up of the trailer and contents.

All of our fleet trucks at the company I work for use the Firestone Transforce line with great results. Probably doesn't have the "softness" of the Michelin but definitely has the reliability factor. I may use these on my pickup next year if I can get a good deal on them.

We also use the Firestone TransForce on our fleet vehicles.
A co-worker with a fifth wheel put them on his camper a week or 2 ago.
That guy never has to put tires on a tow vehicle. He trades every 2 years.

I see where people are putting on the Centramatic balancer , I looked them up and mostly they come in sets of 2 or 3(?). Two for the front and one rear; why not 2 rear? There are 4 wheels.
